Leça do Balio - Matosinhos
A centuries-old tradition in Leça do Balio, recently revived by the current administration. This edition marked the return of the event, with a programme spread over several moments and audiences throughout several days.
The aim was to go beyond mere recording and ensure the production of content with real utility. We focused on key moments, the rhythm of the event, and communication needs, ensuring usable material during and after the event.
The work included production in different formats, designed for immediate use, maintaining visual consistency and alignment. The execution required constant reading of the environment, responsiveness, and a balance between coverage and discretion.
The result was a set of structured and ready-to-use content, with direct application on the channels of the organising entity. A significant portion of the material was used in real-time, contributing to a more active and consistent communication during the event.
Projects like this are designed for contexts where it is not enough to simply record the event.
The goal is to transform presence, rhythm, and moments into usable content, aligned with the communication of the organisers, both at the moment and afterwards.
The next step is simple: understand the context, priorities, and what is worth producing or not.
