Project developed to commemorate the 40th anniversary of LAVORO, focusing on valuing long-standing employees and creating materials with memory and institutional relevance.
Transforming journeys, experiences, and industrial context into content capable of reinforcing internal culture, preserving legacy, and providing a visual continuity to an important milestone for the company.
Capturing 10 interviews with employees celebrating 35 and 40 years with the company, complemented by photographic documentation of the factory in a real work context.
A series of interviews organised as a commemorative feature and a photographic documentary prepared for institutional valorisation, internal communication, and future memory.

In many industrial companies, history exists but is rarely well documented. The value of this project lay in transforming journeys, experiences, and the real factory context into materials capable of preserving memory, reinforcing internal culture, and providing visual continuity to an institutional milestone of the company.
Projects like this are especially relevant for companies with a strong internal culture, long-standing teams, and a need to value legacy, people, and organisational identity with materials that go beyond mere documentation and remain useful over time.
The next step is simple: understand the context, priorities, and what is worth producing or not.
