BH Foz - Porto
Nighttime event with brand presence, on-ground promoters, circulating audience, and a visual component associated with Halloween. The brand's category required controlled coverage, without excessive exposure of the product or interference in the dynamics of the space.
To produce useful material for post-event communication, gathering atmosphere, brand presence, interaction with guests, and key moments of the activation.
Discreet capturing in photography and video, with a quick reading of the space and attention to contact points between promoters, guests, and the brand. The focus was on documenting the action without turning it into invasive coverage.
Teaser delivered two days after the event. Final selection of photographs and complete video report delivered within four working days.

Not all activations require large-scale production; some need a clean, quick execution without noise. This project demonstrates the ability to work in a real, nighttime, and sensitive context, where the team’s presence had to be discreet and the final material needed to remain useful after the event.
The value lay in transforming a one-off action into clear content for post-event communication, without exaggerating the exposure of the brand, product, or guests.
The next step is simple: understand the context, priorities, and what is worth producing or not.
