The event brought together over 1200 participants over three days, in an academic environment with multiple moments, speakers, and rhythms. This type of event requires more than just presence; it demands the ability to read, adapt, and maintain consistency throughout the operation.
The aim was to ensure structured coverage that could respond to the pace of the event and the communication needs of the organisation. More than just recording, the goal was to produce content with real utility, prepared for use during and after the event.
The approach was focused on key moments, with continuous capture and adaptation to the context throughout the days. The work included production in different formats, maintaining visual consistency and alignment with the academic and institutional environment. The execution required coordination on the ground, constant reading of the environment, and real-time responsiveness.
The result was a set of ready-to-use content, including a summary video and complete photographic coverage. Part of the material was used immediately, allowing the organisation to communicate about the event even during its occurrence.
Projects like this require more than just coverage.
They demand the ability to keep pace with the event, maintain consistency across various moments, and ensure that the content produced has real application, both at the moment and afterwards.
