The ELAN Summit 2026 brought together professionals from the fields of dermatology and aesthetic medicine at Hospital Trofa Saúde Gaia, in a meeting focused on knowledge sharing, presentation of clinical cases, and discussion of practices and technologies in the sector. The project took place over two days, including preparation, setup, and the morning of conferences.
The objective was to document the summit consistently, ensuring the creation of materials capable of supporting the brand's communication beyond the event itself. More than just recording what happened, the aim was to build a set of content with practical utility for digital communication, positioning, and future documentation.
The operation included photographic and video coverage of the venue preparation, behind the scenes, participant reception, networking, and conference sessions. The approach was focused on identifying the most relevant moments of the event, seeking to balance institutional recording with the human and relational component present throughout the summit.
The result was a collection of photographs and video content prepared for use in digital communication, including the three recaps published by the organisation after the event. The materials produced allowed for the summit's presence to extend beyond the live moment and create a reusable visual archive for future initiatives.

Projects of this nature require more than just on-site presence.
They demand the ability to keep pace with different rhythms, identify relevant moments, and transform a few hours of an event into a set of materials that continue to be useful for communication, positioning, and documentation long after it has concluded.

The next step is simple: understand the context, priorities, and what is worth producing, or not.
